Job Title: Quality Lead

Location: Kings Mountain, NC, USA

Employment Status: Full Time, Hourly

Relocation Available: Yes  

Reporting: General Manager    

Job Description and Responsibilities:  

This position provides Product Quality support and direction for all design, manufacturing and assembly processes of motorcycles.
The candidate should have intimate knowledge of Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) including the ability to facilitate Design FMEAs, Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and development of Process Control Plans.
The candidate should be comfortable creating and managing receiving inspection documents and perform quality audits of supplied comments from the supply base.
The candidate should be able to efficiently review Quality documentation from suppliers and effectively communicate/coordinate actions to insure adherence to design criteria.
The candidate should have intimate knowledge of Quality Measurement systems and be able to accurately/efficiently perform inspection of parts and components to insure compliance to design specification. 
Ability to operate precision gages and inspection tools is a must.
The candidate must be able to comprehend bills of materials; be able to assist in development of detailed work instructions and visual aids and be able to assist in training of line personnel.
The candidate will be required to inspect vehicles for cosmetic (paint and chrome) and performance (including electrical) compliance to vehicle design specifications.
The candidate will be required to interpret Warranty data and participate in team-based corrective action teams.  
The Quality Lead is required to facilitate Continuous Improvement efforts within the organization on an on-going basis and to support manufacturing during pre-production and development builds.    

Job Requirements and Qualifications:   
    
Associate degree in mechanical engineering technology or equivalent curriculum is required. 
BS preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in direct Quality support in a manufacturing environment is required.
Intimate knowledge of Quality Systems and the ability to help develop an Assembly/Manufacturing–based Quality system incorporating sound Quality techniques.
Intimate knowledge of precision measuring tools and techniques is a must with an emphasis in electronic, digitally-controlled tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, is required.
High level of understanding of technical drawings, including GD&T, is required.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excell, etc.) are required. 
Working knowledge of CAD (Pro-E) is desirable.
Some occasional travel may be required.
ASQ certification is strongly recommended. 
Six Sigma certification (Green/Black belt) is a strong plus in consideration.
Motorcycling background a plus.






Job Title: Administrative Assistant  

Location: Kings Mountain, NC, USA

Employment Status: Full Time, Hourly

This individual reports to the General Manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to staff and assuming reception and phone duties.
These duties include but are not limited to: general clerical, receptionist and project based work, assisting staff with routine office tasks.   

Duties: 

Assume receptionist duties, greet public and refer them to appropriate staff members, answer phone, route calls, and take messages.
Assist staff with administrative duties as requested. Coordinate travel and lodging accommodations for staff, as requested.
Run errands as requested Prepare for executive visits.
Assist with completion of necessary reports as requested.
Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
Coordinate business related meals and meetings.
Maintain lobby and front desk area keeping it clean and free from clutter.
Type and word process documents as needed.
Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
Other duties as assigned.   

Job Requirements:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to work independently and as a team.
Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience.
Typing skills with at least 50 WPM. Word processing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Job Title: Lead, Material Handling

Location: Kings Mountain, NC, USA

Job Description and Responsibilities:

This position provides leadership and support for the Receiving/Warehouse/Parts Stocking efforts in support of the assembly of motorcycles.
The right candidate should have a background in Material Handling, have thorough history of MRP techniques, understand related computer applications and be able to lead training of area personnel.
The candidate will be required to assist IT personnel in the development and implementation of an MRP system.  The candidate will also be responsible for detailed layout of Warehouse area that insures efficient product flow and JIT stocking of parts on assembly lines.
 The candidate will also be required to review production schedules and set min/max quantities to assist Assembly personnel in the development of point-of-use requirements.
Candidate will also be responsible for monitoring/adjusting/stocking point-of-use production part requirements.
The candidate must have sound communication skills to interface with suppliers and technical staff.
The Material Handling Lead is required to support manufacturing during pre-production and development builds.

Job Requirements and Qualifications: 

Thorough understanding of all aspects of Material Handling, including MRP development/ maintenance and warehouse structure/organization.  Ability to review ship quantities and daily point-of-use requirements to specify replenishment plans that prevent line stoppages. Ability to maintain warehouse security to insure inventory integrity.
Thorough understanding of Material Handling Equipment including fork trucks, dock equipment, bar code scanners and related tools. Ability to specify and monitor Preventive Maintenance plans to prevent equipment downtime.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Materials/MRP.
Ability to lead/train hourly employees. Documented supervision experience is highly desired.
Certification for Fork Truck Operation is required.
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) are required. 



Job Title: Customer Service & Warranty Lead  

Location: Kings Mountain, NC, USA  


Employment Status: Full Time

Reporting: Customer Service Manager  

Key Responsibilities:    
     
Offer customer service support to our dealerships and retail clients via phone – online - and in-field programs         
Review and approve warranty claims, and communicate warranty issues to management.         
Participate in the development and implementation of technical training programs.         
Participate in the development and authoring of various service publications including service manual, parts manual and labor guide.         
Technical skills in motorcycle assembly, service, and troubleshooting are required.          
Analyze data collected during warranty processes and compile reports for distribution to all appropriate parties in a clear and timely manner.         
Coordinate and prioritize department tasks to insure that quality and timing targets are met.  

Required background:
         
Customer service and support background is required.         
A valid motorcycle license is required.         
Experience in a motorcycle service or technical position         
Hands-on experience with test equipment, inspection, maintenance and major/minor repair.         
Previous data analysis, summarizing, and reporting experience.         
Proficient in Excel, Word, database software.         
Knowledge of internal combustion engines, motorcycle Powertrain, and electrical testing procedures.         
Good Customer Service, Planning Organizing, Technical Skills, Challenging Spirit, Decision Making Judgment and Customer Orientation.

Qualifications: 

Associate Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive, motorcycle or recreational product.
Strong candidate with High School degree and relevant experience will be considered.
