Why Create an Account?
Why not? Creating an account lets you take advantage of faster checkouts, store your account information and review your online order history at any time.
You have two ways to create an account at IndianMotorcycle.com. You can click on the Store Account link at the top of every page, Click Register and create an account with your own personal login and pasword.
You can also create an account during the checkout process. After you make your selection and click ready to check out, you will prompted to Login or Register.
Either way, creating an account will save time on all you future visits to IndianMotorcycle.com
Password Help
Passwords exist to protect your personal information. Passwords must at least 6 characters.
If you need help recovering your account password just click on any “Forgot Your Password?” link and enter the email address you used to create your account. We will promptly send a new password to your email address.
Once you have logged in, your session will be active until you logout, or after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Your Order History
Viewing the history of your orders with IndianMotorcycle.com is easy. Just Sign-In to Your Account and click on the VIEW. The screen will display current offers and tracking information, as well as past order information.
Sign Up for Email
Sign Up for Email to receive email updates about new arrivals, store openings, events, exclusive products and our Indian Motorcycle newsletter. You can select your email preferences during sign up.
How to Use Your Shopping Cart
Use the Shopping Cart to hold your selections while you shop the site. Add an item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button on any product detail page. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart anytime by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page.
Items remain in your Shopping Cart for the duration of your shopping session or until you remove or purchase them. If you have an account and are signed in, your items remain in the Shopping Cart for 48 hours. If you are not signed in, items will be removed at the end of your shopping session. If an item sells out, it will be removed from the site and from your Shopping Cart.

How to Place an Order
Placing your order on Indianmotorcycle.com is easy. Once you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button below the subtotal of the order in the Shopping Cart. If you previously created an account, you can sign in to take advantage of faster checkout.
Our Easy Checkout process:
1. Enter your billing & shipping information, click the CONTINUE button.
2. Enter your payment information, click the CONTINUE button.
3. Review the details of your order and click the SUBMIT ORDER button.
A printable order confirmation will be displayed on your screen. An email confirmation of your order will be sent within minutes.

This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. For added security, your billing address at IndianMotorcycle.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on your shipping address. The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent.
Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

Ship Methods & Costs per Order
IndianMotorcycle.com orders are shipped via UPS with the following options and costs:
Shipping Costs per Order within the USA: ( See International shipping below)
Ground: $10.50
3-day: $17.50
2-day: $24.50
Overnight: $30.50
**Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped 2-day delivery only.
Orders placed before 12pm PST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship within two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Saturday delivery not available.
Due to the nature and size of products, your order may arrive in separate boxes. You will receive only one shipping charge.

Returns
We are happy to make any changes necessary for fit or preference. Returns are always free. Please follow the simple steps below:
-With your shipment,You wll recieve a prepaid UPS or Postal Post label for your convenience in the case you find you need to return.

-Please repack the item(s) in the original packaging, with the packing slip inside the package.
-Adhere the shipping label to the package, making sure that the label does not wrap around the edges of the package. Do not tape over barcodes or where postage and fee information is recorded. Be sure that all edges are secure and that any previous delivery address and barcode is covered.
-Take the package to a UPS or Parcel Post drop off station.
-Once received, processing of your return and credit may take up to 7-10 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed.

At this time, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need to ship your purchases to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
