If you plan on shipping your bike outside of the US please be aware of the following:
- The 2009 Indian Chief is made to US specifications only.
- The Indian Chief may or may not comply with your country's regulations.
- The buyer is responsible for all payment, pick up, shipment, transportation, compliance, tariffs, regulations and all other details of exporting/importing a motorcycle outside of the United States.
- Just a reminder, if you would like to ride your new bike in the US after factory delivery then you are responsible for all motorcycle licenses and insurance.
