Picking up your new Chief directly from the factory is the start of an unforgettable experience. Take a personal tour of the factory in Kings Mountain, NC, the place where all Chiefs are built by a team of craftsmen from start to finish. See how the bikes are assembled and meet the craftsmen that built your bike. Take your first ride through the Kings Mountain National Military Park. Check out the flagship store just down the road and stock up on all things Indian Motorcycle.

Tour of the Factory

When you pickup your bike through our factory delivery program you receive a personal tour of the factory by IMC staff. Your guide will steer you from engine assembly to the vehicle build line where you'll observe a team of builders assembling each and every bike.

Introduction of your new Chief

You will meet your new bike in the Factory Delivery area of the plant. An Indian Motorcycle technician will handle the introduction of your new Chief.

Factory Delivery Day

• Arrive at the plant at your assigned factory delivery time. 
• Get to know your bike. We'll have one of the Indian Motorcycle Company technicians on hand to personally fit your bike to you. 
• Take a tour. We'll show you around. 
• Take a trip to our flagship store located just down the road. 
• Ride off into the sunset.
