  • Initial dealership locations targeted in Top 150 retail volume markets in Heavyweight V-Twin motorcycle sales
  • Dealership location in highly visible, high-traffic retail area with convenient consumer access
  • Facility exterior, customer entrance, and Indian Motorcycle showroom must present a premium store image and retail environment. Exterior façade finished in brick, stucco, or Dryvit preferred. Pole-barn construction and metal facades are not preferred
  • Ability to prominently display the authorized exterior Indian Motorcycle pole-mount sign, or building mount channel letter sign in the required size and location
  • Dealership must provide a premium customer experience in all function areas. Modern & progressive in design, processes, staffing, training, and operational efficiency; open minimum 6-days a week; departmentalized accounting and business management system with financial reporting capability; Owner is on-site and actively involved in day-to-day business
  • An Indian Motorcycle dealership requires a minimum investment of $200,000 for the Indian Motorcycle showroom design package and exterior sign
  • Approval by Polaris Acceptance for an incremental $800,000 (min.) credit line dedicated to Indian Motorcycle
