Production of recent models started in December 2008. We are pleased to announce that the new 2012 motorcycles will be rolling off the assembly line in Spirit Lake, IA starting in October 2011.

The Polaris Industries purchase of Indian Motorcycle does not change any warranties on 2009-2011 motorcycles. Warranty status will remain in place and be honored.

Will Polaris make parts for the 1999-2003 bikes?

Will Victory/Polaris dealers become Indian dealers?

We are working on expanding our Indian dealer network, but this does not mean that any or all Victory/Polaris dealers will become Indian dealers.

Can I take my Indian bike to a Victory/Polaris dealer for service/warranty work?
Answer:
In all warranty situations, you will need to initiate a warranty transaction with an Indian Motorcycle dealer to obtain service. If there is a customer or dealer concern regarding the distance required for warranty work, your dealership can contact Polaris. If your Indian dealership recommends warranty service at a non-Indian dealer, a member of the Polaris Dealer Services staff will work with you, your dealership and a Victory dealer to arrange for warranty service work and an established Victory dealer.
