Missing an Online Order Item

If you did not receive all of the items you ordered online, make sure you first check the carrier's website to see if your package has been split into more than one shipment. If your order is split into multiple packages, you can also find that information by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and visiting the MY ORDERS section. If your order was not split into more than one shipment, please let us know by calling 1-877-333-2111 so we can help you.
