What a beast
This bike is an absolute beast. I rode a 2017 Chieftain for 5 years and even did the 116 Big Bore Kit but was still craving more. After test riding a Challenger down in Sturgis it was all i could think about after. Eventually I put in an order but with the supply chain issues I wasn't sure when I was going to see it. I managed to find one that had just been built that was not spoken for yet. 2022 Challenger Limited. I am all smiles every time I ride her!

couldn't be any nicer
Rode about 1000 miles and it feels great.
Still loving the power just can't get over the way it pulls like a freight train without the pipe and or tuner I'm 350 lbs so it's like riding with a second person to most people. And I like to lean into turns haven't scraped yet still looking for bottom gotten pretty low surprised me. Just really can't say enough on this one they really hit this one out the park

Amazing machine
Within 7 weeks I have 5,500 miles on the bike already. Love everything about it; tons of space to stretch out on 1,000 mile days. Mountains of power to cruise and pass on the highway regardless of elevation.

Fantastic motorcycle
I recently purchased my second Indian motorcycle, a 2022 Challenger Limited (Spirit Blue Metallic/Black Metallic). Very impressive motorcycle. I just turned 500 miles. The engine is unbelievable. It is a rocket. This is my second Indian. I had a 2014 Indian Chieftain that was a amazing bike as well.

An Absolutely Terrible Product!!
I have had numerous problems with two Challenger Limited bikes. Indian tried repeatedly to fix the problems and repeatedly failed. I’m now demanding Indian buy the bike back and will pursue legal action if they don’t.
Stay away from the Challenger. It is nothing but an enormous aggravation and frustration and not worth your time or money. It could be good but it ain’t.
I would not ever recommend this bike to anyone.

Competition always brings out the best.
Test rode a Challenger Limited back in December and really liked it. So today, Feb. 9, I decided to test ride a Harley Road Glide, Indian's main competition.
I was disappointed in the suspension of the Harley because I could feel every little bump in the road. But other than that, Harley makes a fine bike!
But to me, that difference was the main issue other than looks, as I think the Harley is a better- looking machine. But that's just me. I'd like to have them both.

Problem Plagued
Had 2 Challenger Limited. Both had problems from the initial purchase and for months afterward. Many error codes. Poor performance. Wouldn't start. Much time in dealer's shop for repairs. Electronics are very problem prone.Aggravating and frustrating to own. Not recommended.

I just had to scratch that itch!
I've been looking at the Challenger since they came out and today I test rode one. The limited model in Black Metallic. Glad I did. First impression; more top heavy than I expected, but after you start moving that goes away. With that fairing and a 6 gal. fuel tank, it's going to be a little top heavy. Not a problem. Smoother than I expected. Much less vibes than my 2018 Indian Chieftain Classic. I like that and more rpm in all gears. This bike is a joy to ride and the suspension is right on spec. Very comfortable. Someone did their homework and got it right!
My recommendation: Don't buy anything until you test ride a Challenger. It's that good!!!

Better in every way!
This is my third Indian Motorcycle, and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2016 Harley Road Glide, and feel that this bike is better in every way. Power, handling, ride quality, and ease of maintenance are the key points I appreciate. I get a lot of compliments from friends and strangers alike. I plan to put a pair of BAM Sticks slip-ons on it soon.

I truely never thought I could find a bike that was better than my Ness CC, I was wrong. Totally love my challenger. I only have 3500 Km on her in 4 weeks but so far I am very impressed. Dave Cottrill and the team at Apex are fantastic, I just wish they were closer.

2021 Indian Challenger Limited
I traded in my Springfield for my Challenger in early September. I test rode both the Indian Chieftain Limited and the Challenger Limited and for me the Challenger is a more nimble bike (better handling and more responsive throttle)!

Should have made the switch earlier
I was a Victory rider since 2011 then switch to a Cheiftain limited in 2017 added 116 kits stage 1 lloydz goodies and loved the bike sat on the Challenger knew I had to have it 1000 miles later only complaint was the stock seat moved to the 2" stretch seat and loving it the power smooth shifting and the way it handles with cross wind at highway speeds and the back roads and twisties! These two wheels move my soul! Should have made the switch sooner!

Sweet riding bike
Bought about 5 weeks ago. Love it. Car play is awesome. Love the tech this bike offers. Power is smooth and insane for a stock bagger. I have over 3000 miles so far as I ride about every day. I would have given 5 stars had all the accessories I ordered been in stock or at least here by now and Had I not have to send ecu off to Loyds to make sure she runs right from the start as these units are buggy. So far only oe issue was gas cap vent was not working. Easy fix.

2021 Indian Challenger, Mine
I bought the Indian Challenger about a month ago and, so far, 1800 miles later, I'm glad that I did. I had another "big twin, fixed fairing, bike", was very dissatisfied and frustrated with it! After the transmission shelled at a little over a year, then a year after that I had to replace the compensator... Again!, I was done after that, a couple of buddies in the N. Georgia area, also former "other big V Twin" owners, one on a Road Master the other on a , both Very Happy with their Indians, suggested, "Jim, go test ride the Indian and you'll throw rocks at "that other big V Twin"! Well... I took my wife with me as she would be riding with me on the bike, first tested a 2021 Roadmaster... nice, responsive, Brembo Brakes (no further description needed), cruises at Instate Speeds comfortably. Back to the dealership to exchange for the 2021 Challenger... of course, being on the Gulf Coast, it began raining as we pulled in, rushed in under the overhang, only to realize it was a wire mesh and rain was still coming down! Laughed and trotted inside... checked "My Radar" ap and saw that the cloud would be gone shortly, 15 mins of rain, another 20 to let the cars, traffic, to clear the water. and off on the Challenger. As I came up on the exit for my return... somehow... I missed the turn! Continued down and into downtown, I certainly wanted to ride the Challenger around the downtown area, stop lights, left, right, traffic at low speeds, and after 10 miles, or so, downtown.... I glanced over my shoulder and my wife knows I want to talk with her... "You know we're riding this bike home don't you?". And she responded, "Of course I knew that!" 3 weeks/1800 miles, 300 today... While Jack may have overstated the facts a bit... "Jim if you ride the Indian, you'll throw rocks at "that other bike". He was certainly right about me liking the Indian over the "other bike".
I'm adding the TourPak and associated hardware, the passenger floorboards and a backrest for me (driver/rider) this week and I'm still under the MSRP of that "other bike".
