VETERANS CHARITY RIDE
Veterans Charity Ride offers all-expenses paid trips through the beautiful, iconic Southwestern US. The trips offer veterans a unique brand of Motorcycle Therapy.
A LIFE-CHANGING PARTNERSHIP
The Veterans Charity Ride was born out of one vet's love of his Indian Motorcycle and his commitment to help his fellow veterans. The idea came from Army Airborne Paratrooper Dave Frey's solo ride to Sturgis in 2014. He met up with another veteran and talked about the challenges veterans face after returning from combat. Having ridden for 45 years he knew the value of Motorcycle Therapy and came up with the idea of giving wounded veterans the chance to ride to Sturgis on an adventure of a lifetime. Knowing that they needed motorcycles and support to make this dream a reality, they contacted Indian Motorcycle, American's First Motorcycle Company, and formed this long standing partnership.

MOAB TO DURANGO
To celebrate VCR's 10 years of service to fellow veterans, selected participants will begin the ride in beautiful Moab, Utah with returning veteran mentors, riding the scenic backroads in the area. On June 12th they ride to Durango, Colorado via the Million-Dollar Highway for the Durango Rendezvous Bike Week. Once in Durango they will ride breath-taking Rocky Mountain roads, enjoy events and activities, and meet up with fellow veterans and riders before returning to Moab the next week.
