Shipping Methods and Cut-Off Times

Are you wondering how long it will take for your order to arrive in the mail? We offer two shipping levels for most products on our website: standard and expedited. 

  • Standard shipping will typically ship via UPS Ground, and these orders can take up to five business days to be delivered. Apparel items may ship via UPS Surepost, and these packages can take up to seven business days to be delivered. 
  • Expedited shipping is shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, and these orders can take up to two business days to be delivered.

All orders submitted by 12 p.m. Central Standard Time Monday through Friday usually will ship same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. CST usually will ship on the following business day. Payment errors and holidays may delay shipping time. Shipping is provided via UPS and final delivery may be via the United State Postal Service in some regions.

Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping notification email, which will include a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier's website. If the package is delivered through your local post office, the UPS tracking is updated with a USPS tracking ID. 

You can also check the progress of your order by vising the "Check Your Order Status" section of our website. In the "Check Your Order Status" section, enter the email address used to place your order and the order number received in your confirmation email.

Ship to a Dealer for Free
You also may have your online order shipped for free to select dealers for pickup. You will receive an email when your order has arrived at the dealer and is ready for you to pick up.

To ship to your local dealer, select "Ship to Dealer" at checkout. Then enter your zip code and search for available dealers. Your order may take two to seven days to arrive at the dealer.

Shipping Exceptions
Our store currently only ships to U.S. and Canada addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Oversized Items
If an item offered on the site is too large to be delivered via UPS, it will need to be shipped via a regional freight carrier. Oversized items will note "LTL" shipping on the product page, as shown below. Some common examples of items shipped via LTL freight are windshields, doors, and some roofs.


Items shipped via LTL cannot ship with expedited shipping. LTL deliveries require advanced scheduling with the freight carrier. The freight carrier will reach out to you via the phone number used on your order to schedule an appointment for delivery and require a release signature upon delivery. It may take three to five business days after the product ships for the carrier to contact you.
