We are unable to update or cancel an order once it has been placed.
For full or partial order cancellation, please wait for the package to arrive and then contact the number on your packing slip, 1-877-333-2111, to open a return. You can also decline or refuse acceptance of your shipment which will automatically return the items. All returned items must be returned in the original packaging. We are unable to refund original or return shipping costs. Refunds for returned items are only issued to the original credit/debit card used in placing the order.
