Pairing Your Phone to Indian Motorcycle Ride Command

To pair your phone to the Ride Command display on your Indian Motorcycle, follow the steps below. Note that only one phone can be paired to your motorcycle at a time. Be sure to allow Ride Command access to your contacts for caller and message ID when operating the vehicle. 

Model Year 2020 and Newer Challenger, Chieftain and Roadmaster Models
To pair a device to your Ride Command display, do the following. Note that the Ride Command display can be connected to a phone and a headset simultaneously but only one phone and one headset.

1. From the Bluetooth® Devices settings screen, the Phone screen or the Music screen, tap the ADD DEVICE button to bring up the pairing prompt.

2. Put your Bluetooth® device into pairing mode.

3. Select the name of the device you want to pair from the touchscreen display to finish the pairing process.

4. Confirm the pairing (if applicable). Depending on the device you are pairing to the display, you may be prompted to confirm the pairing.

1. Enable Bluetooth® on your phone. 

2. Make your phone visible to nearby devices. 

3. Press the Bluetooth® button to access the Bluetooth® section of your Ride Command display.

4. Press the Bluetooth® icon (1) on the left side of your display.

5. Press OK and select your phone on the Ride Command display screen. 

6. Agree to all notifications on your phone. 

Pairing Your Android Phone

1. Enable Bluetooth® on your phone. 

2. Make phone visible to nearby devices. 

3. Press the Bluetooth® button to access the Bluetooth® section on your Ride Command display.

4. Press the Bluetooth® icon (1) on the left side of your display.

5. When pairing to an Android™ device, you will get a series of confirmation requests. Press OK on all and select your phone on the Ride Command display screen. 

6. Allow all notifications on your phone. While accepting notifications, select DO NOT SHOW AGAIN, if applicable.
