How to Find Motorcycle Parts

Replacement parts for your Indian Motorcycle can be identified and ordered using the Indian Motorcycle online parts catalog.

From the drop-down menu in the top-left corner, enter your bike information, including year, model, trim level and color. You also can log in to your RIDE COMMAND account to select a vehicle from your garage, or enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Select GO.

You then will be prompted to choose a category, based on what you are shopping for. For example, let’s find a wheel bearing for the back wheel of a Scout. We would select SERVICE PARTS.

Next, you will choose the assembly. We’re looking for the rear wheel assembly so we will select WHEEL, REAR.

Select assembly

After selecting the assembly, you’ll see a diagram — which can be zoomed in or out — with part numbers that correspond to the listings below.

The bearing is item 4. So if we scroll down to 4, we’ll find that it is part number 3514405 and costs $54.99. Here it also can be added to your shopping cart. Note that the default quantity is the number that comes with the complete assembly. In this case, that is two. To only order one, change the quantity to 1 before adding it to your cart.

If you have further questions, your Indian Motorcycle Dealer can help you find the correct part for your vehicle.

Note: Some older parts displayed in the parts catalog no longer are available from Indian Motorcycle. Contact your local Indian Motorcycle Dealer for availability. Additionally, any item shown on the schematic comes as a unit of 1. If you need multiples of an item you must adjust the amount you order.

Warning: In order for work to be performed safely and correctly, many parts replacement procedures and repair procedures must be done by trained Indian Motorcycle service technicians in a properly equipped shop. You must read the service manual and be familiar with the service procedures before starting the work. Certain procedures require the use of special tools that are not available to the general public, and your dealer will have to perform these procedures for you as necessary. If you have any doubt as to your ability to perform any of the procedures outlined in the service manual, contact an authorized Indian Motorcycle Dealer for service. Procedures indicated to be performed by dealers only could void your warranty if performed incorrectly. The failure to follow correct procedures and use correct tools could result in serious injury or death.
