Orders and Modifications
After an order has been created, you have 60 minutes to request a cancellation. After 60 minutes, a return will need to be opened. To open a return, please call us at 1-877-333-2111 or use the Contact Us By E-Mail button in the footer of the page.
We are unable to add items to an order after it has been placed. If you’ve already placed an order and need to order more items, please create another order.
There are two ways to request cancellation after you have created your order.
If you checked out with your Polaris Account, please follow these instructions.
1. Log into your account on the website.
2. Navigate to Online Orders.
3. Find the order you are attempting to cancel and click on the Arrow.
4. Click on “Cancel Item(s)” in the top right corner.
5. Select the items you would like to cancel, enter the quantity you would like cancel, and select your reason for cancellation.
6. Click on “Request Cancellation.”
7. You will receive a successful notification and an auto-generated email letting you know the confirmation was successful. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the cancellation to occur.
If you checked out as a guest, please follow these instructions.
1. On the top right-hand corner of the website, please click on “Account.”
2. In the drop-down, please select “check order status.”
3. Enter your order number & email address (your order number can be found in your confirmation email).
4. Click on “Cancel Item(s)” in the top right corner.
5. Select the items you would like to cancel, enter the quantity you would like cancel, and select your reason for cancellation.
6. Click on “Request Cancellation.”
7. You will receive a successful notification and an auto-generated email letting you know the confirmation was successful. Please allow up to 15 minutes for the cancellation to occur.
