RIDE COMMAND+ is available on select 2020 or newer Indian Motorcycles with a 4" or 7" Display and cellular connectivity. For more information, read RIDE COMMAND+ for Indian Motorcycle. Purchasing an eligible bike includes a free year of the RIDE COMMAND+ subscription. You must renew your subscription annually to maintain access to these connected services.
A new renewal process is now available for RIDE COMMAND+ eligible vehicles. The previous process that required a purchase of a code on the ecommerce site is no longer available. To ensure your subscription is active, please perform the following procedures. Should you have purchased a code but not yet redeemed it, your RIDE COMMAND+ subscription will be auto-redeemed on the new platform.
To renew RIDE COMMAND+ via the web, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Indian Motorcycle website and select Log In in the top right corner.
2. Log in to your Indian Motorcycle account.
3. Select My Profile from the My Account drop-down menu. Scroll down until you see the Subscriptions tile and select it.
4. Your vehicle(s) with RIDE COMMAND+ cellular connectivity should populate on the screen if they are pre-loaded in My Garage. Select the vehicle you wish to renew your RIDE COMMAND+ subscription for.
**If you do not see the vehicle you wish to renew RIDE COMMAND+ for, ensure your vehicle is added to My Garage and RIDE COMMAND+ is activated. Read Activating RIDE COMMAND+ to learn more.
5. Depending on the current status of your subscription, there will be a series of options available:
- If there is no payment on file, but you'd like to renew an active subscription, select Add Payment and follow the prompts on the screen.
- If a previous subscription has expired, select Subscribe and follow the prompts on the screen. Note: If there is no payment on file, you will be prompted to add one.
- If a subscription is active and it is 90 days prior to the subscription expiring, you will not be able to renew the subscription at this time. Please try again no earlier than 90 days before expiration.
- If there is an active free trial that is expiring soon, select Purchase Subscription and follow the prompts on the screen. You will be prompted to provide payment information at this time.
- If there is a free trial that expired, but you would like to subscribe to RIDE COMMAND+, select Subscribe and follow the prompts on the screen.
All subscription information, in addition to renewals, can be managed from the Indian Motorcycle App or website by logging into My Account. You will be able to update payment information, track which vehicles are eligible for RIDE COMMAND+, change renewal periods, and more.
To access your subscription(s) via the Indian Motorcycle App, perform the following steps:
1. Open the app on your mobile device.
2. Select the vehicle you'd like to manage the subscription for by tapping the More button in the bottom right corner and then tapping Garage.
3. Tap on the row labeled Subscription.
4. Tap on Manage Subscription.
5. At this point, you'll be migrated out of the app to your subscription details on a mobile web page.
6. Log in on the website to ensure a secure checkout process.
7. Enter your card details and enjoy your subscription.
