Easy 30-Day Return Policy

Orders that were shipped directly to your home must be returned by mail to our Vermillion Return Center. Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

1. Log into your Polaris account to view your orders.
2. Find the order where you’d like to make a return. You'll be taken to a summary of your order.
3. Select Return Items in the upper right corner of the Order Details page.
4. Select eligible items to return and tell us why you're returning them. Select Submit Return in the lower left corner to initiate your return. You will receive an email that includes your return number, return address and complete return instructions.
5. Place your items in the original packaging and then place them inside of a larger, outer shipping container. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged. See Preparing Your Return for details.

6. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number so head to your favorite UPS or FedEx store. Securely affix a return label to the outside of the shipping package. Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders placed on the Polaris branded websites and picked up at your local dealer can be returned to the dealer or mailed back to our Vermillion Return Center. Note: Return shipping fees will be covered by Polaris.

Return by Mail

Return to Dealer

1. Return your package to the dealer location from where the order was picked up.
2. Provide the dealer with your order number and reason for return.
3. Your refund will be processed once the items are returned back to the warehouse.

Oversize (or LTL) items are larger than what can be shipped through regular mail. Oversized item returns cannot be initiated online.

1. Call Polaris Customer Service at 1-800-303-9002 in the U.S. and 1-800-304-6067 in Canada. Have your order number and packaging slip ready, along with the item numbers you want to return.
2. A Customer Service Rep will step through your options and set up a return authorization. You will receive an email that includes your return number and complete return instructions.

• Returns must be opened within 30 days of their original delivery date, except during the holiday shopping season.
• We DO NOT accept returns for service manuals, oils, lubricants or final sale merchandise.
• Returns must be received in new and unused condition, free of any cosmetic damage. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, scuffs, stretching, dents, dirt, pet hair or any sign the product has been mounted to a vehicle.
• Returned products must be enclosed in their original packaging with the original packing slip and RMA number. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags and equivalent protecting packaging, and all tags, information booklets, instructions, and stickers.
• Products deemed to be faulty or incomplete due to customer error will be returned to you, and a refund will not be granted.
• Original packaging that has been torn open or damaged is considered no longer in new condition and cannot be accepted.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Unless the product is defective, incorrect or has been damaged in transit, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product. Damage caused to a product once it is in your possession does not make it defective.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless authorized by Polaris, or if you picked up the order from a local dealer. Use a carrier that uses tracking and insurance services to ensure that the package has been delivered to our Vermillion Return Center.
• All shipments must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. or any similar process. Packages shipped C.O.D. will be rejected upon delivery attempt and returned to the customer.

We will notify you. We will email you confirming that your return was processed.

We will process your refund. After we receive your return, we normally process refunds within 2 business days (Monday-Friday). Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Once we issue a refund, the funds are typically available in your account within 10 business days. (Some banks or financial institutions may take longer.)
