Pairing Your Phone to the 4" Display Powered by RIDE COMMAND

There are two ways to pair a Bluetooth® device to the 4" Display powered by RIDE COMMAND found on some 2022+ Chief models, 2023+ FTR models and 2025 Scout models. 

Pairing Option 1
1.
On the display, press the App Tray button.

2. Select the PHONE button. 

3. Then tap ADD DEVICE to bring up the pairing prompt.

4. On your phone, turn Bluetooth® ON and put your device into pairing mode. 

5. On the display, select your device.

6. Verify that the numbers on your phone match the numbers on the bike display.  

7. On your phone, select CONFIRM or PAIR to finish the pairing process. Additional prompts to sync data on your phone such as messages, contacts, etc. may appear on your device. Note: Be sure to allow the display access to your contacts and accept all other access requests if you wish to enable caller and message ID when operating the vehicle.

Pairing Option 2 
1.
Press the App Tray button. 

2. Select SETTINGS > GENERAL (settings icon) > Bluetooth® Devices.

3. Tap the Add Device button (+ Bluetooth® icon) to bring up the pairing prompt.

4. On your phone, turn Bluetooth® ON and put your device into pairing mode. 

5. On the display, select your device.

6. Verify that the numbers on your phone match the numbers on the bike display.  

7. Select CONFIRM or PAIR on your phone to finish the pairing process. Additional prompts to sync data on your phone such as messages, contacts, etc. may appear on your device. Note: Be sure to allow the display access to your contacts and accept all other access requests if you wish to enable caller and message ID when operating the vehicle.

Forgetting a Device
To forget a device, tap the three vertical dots and select FORGET. Confirm by pressing FORGET.

Troubleshooting Tips
If you encounter issues during pairing, press the power button on the right hand control to turn off the bike. Turn the bike on and repeat this procedure.
