For Those Who Build for Passion
There was a time when building custom motorcycles came with zero promise of fame or fortune. Instead, it was purely about the love of chopping, welding and grinding on sheet metal and the satisfaction of creating a one-of-a-kind work of rolling art.
That’s why in 2018, Indian Motorcycle® will stage a totally unique custom build competition that celebrates the undiscovered builders.
Indian Motorcycle, with the help of Roland Sands, Jason Paul Michaels, Jordan Mastagni and Satya Kraus, are seeking three motorcycle craftsmen with the vision and talent to transform stock Scout Bobbers into one-off works of custom motorcycle art.
This competition is not open to pros. It’s only for those who build for the passion, not the paycheck. We’re not asking you to quit your day job. But if you’ve got what it takes, you’ll earn a $10,000 payday and a spread in Hot Bike Magazine.
But that’s not all. Each builder selected to participate will receive a $10,000 build budget, a brand new Scout Bobber to serve as the canvas for their personal work of art and a trip in July to Minneapolis for a party where the finished custom Scout Bobbers will be unveiled.
