Elite Status

• You will need to have an account on the website and be logged in to purchase an Elite Status Membership. If you aren't already logged in, you will be prompted to login or create an account. If you are already logged in, you will be sent to the Elite Status payment page.
  
  
• On the Elite Status payment page, you will be prompted to enter your shipping, billing, and payment info. Shipping info is required so that we can send your Elite Status patch.
  
  
• Once required info is entered, click 'Complete Purchase' and you'll see a confirmation page with your order details and relevant info like helpful links, next steps, etc.
  
  
• When finished, you will now be an Elite Status member! When logged in to the Indian Motorcycle site, you will enjoy the benefits of Elite Status like free shipping on online orders, access to exclusive deals, and more!

Indian Motorcycle Elite Status costs $50.00 USD ($70.00 CAD*).
 

*Certain VAT taxes are applicable for Canadian residents.

When purchasing Elite Status, your membership will be tied to your Indian Motorcycle Account Online. The email that is used during checkout will be the same email address your membership is tied to. Please ensure it matches your Indian Motorcycle Account. 

An Indian Motorcycle online account is required to receive all the benefits of the membership. To open an account online, please use the following steps. 

• On the top, right hand side of the screen, click on the person icon
• Click on “Create Account”
• Enter your email address
• Enter a password
• Click on “Continue"

Open an online account and use the email address you used at checkout to purchase the Elite Membership. Please allow up to 48 hours for your membership and account to be tied together. To create an account, please use the steps below.  

• On the top, right-hand side of the screen, click on the person icon
• Click on “Create Account”
• Enter your email address (use the email address that you used to purchase the elite membership)
• Enter a password
• Click on “Continue”

Please call Customer Service at 1-877-333-2111, so we can change your Elite Membership email to your online account email address. 

The subscription lasts for one calendar year (12 months) from the date of purchase. If you are signed up for auto-renew, your membership will automatically renew annually using the payment method on file.

When nearing the end of your subscription, you will receive an email prompt to repurchase your Elite Status. If you are signed up for auto-renew, your membership will automatically renew annually using the payment method on file. To resubscribe, visit the Elite Status Sign-Up page to renew your subscription. Indian Motorcycle will send you a series of emails leading up to the expiration date of your subscription to remind you to renew. As a reminder, subscriptions are good for one year from the date of purchase. Buying multiple Elite Status memberships at the same time will not equate to your subscription lasting for multiple years.

• On the subscriptions page, select the Elite Status option, then click 'Manage Subscription'.
  
  
• Enter your updated shipping, billing, and payment info, then click 'Save Changes'. You will be shown a message confirming your changes have been saved. Your updated info will be used for the next billing cycle.

• To cancel, navigate to the subscriptions page within your account.
  
  
• Under the Elite Status option, click 'Cancel'. A prompt will show requesting confirmation to cancel your membership.

As an Elite Status subscriber, you will receive the following benefits: 

• $25 PG&A Birthday Coupon Code: On the first day of your birthday month, a $25 USD/CAD unique coupon code will be issued under the Offers Just for You tab of your Indian Motorcycle account. An email containing the coupon code also will be sent. If the email cannot be found in your inbox, please check your spam folder. This code is valid at any authorized Indian Motorcycle dealership for the duration of your birthday month. To ensure you receive your code, go to the Indian Motorcycle website and log in to your account. Navigate to the Profile tab and click Update Contact Details to enter your birthday. If no birthday is entered, you will receive your code on the first day of June for each year that your status is active.  
• Free Shipping on orders placed on the Indian Motorcycle Website. This applies to parcels (excluding oversized (LTL) items), standard shipping and shipping within the continental U.S. and Canada
• 50% off of Indian Motorcycle Rider Series Event: All Elite Status subscribers receive 50% off ride registrations for all Indian Motorcycle Rider Series events.
• Access to exclusive Elite Status Days Event offers: Unlock exclusive access to online and in-store offers, for Elite Status Members only.
