Armed with the industry’s most decorated performance bagger and an unmatched rider lineup, the team is poised to write the next chapter in American racing history.
Troy Herfoss
Returning to defend his crown as the 2024 King of the Baggers is Indian Motorcycle No. 1 rider Troy Herfoss. In his first year piloting the Vance & Hines Indian Challenger, the three-time Australian Superbike champion podiumed all but three races in 2024, securing a class-leading seven wins, seven second-place finishes, and one third-place finish. With his momentum and championship pedigree, Herfoss enters the new season as the rider to beat.
Hayden Gillim
The 2023 King of the Baggers Champion, Hayden Gillim, joins the Wrecking Crew bringing experience and raw speed to the team. After clinching the 2023 title with a commanding performance, Gillim continued to showcase his consistency earning six victories and more than a dozen podium finishes across the last two seasons. Gillim's aggressive riding style and deep racing pedigree make him a threat in every corner and a fan favorite.
Rocco Landers
Rising star Rocco Landers joins the Wrecking Crew with momentum and ambition. Still just a teenager, he’s already a three‑time MotoAmerica champion with more than fifty career wins, placing him among the most successful racers in the paddock. Landers impressed in his 2024 King of the Baggers debut, earning two wins and seven podiums, and he continued that progression in 2025 with rapid development and a growing presence in the field. Bringing youth, speed, and energy, Landers enters the new season ready to establish himself as one of the top contenders in King of the Baggers.
The Original Wrecking Crew
The Indian Motorcycle Wrecking Crew is legendary in American motorcycle racing, known for its dominance in different eras. The original crew, with Ernie Beckman, Bill Tuman, and Bobby Hill, excelled in the 1950s, securing 14 AMA National wins, including three consecutive Springfield Mile victories. Revived in 2017 by Jared Mees, the modern crew continued this legacy, winning multiple championships. Mees, a seven-time Flat Track Grand National Champion, led the team to numerous victories, including an impressive in-season Grand Slam in 2017. The Wrecking Crew has embodied the racing spirit of Indian Motorcycle since its founding in 1901.
