Zero-tolerance Policy

At Indian Motorcycle, we take our responsibility to respect and honor the culture and traditions of the Native American community very seriously. As part of this commitment, we have established a zero-tolerance policy for the misuse use of our name or logo, and/or inappropriate behavior that does not align with our values.

We will not tolerate the use of our logo or brand in a way that is disrespectful or offensive to the Native American community, or that promotes harmful stereotypes. This means our partnerships, brand ambassadors, and dealerships are committed to creating a culture of respect, integrity, and ethical practices at Indian Motorcycle. We believe that our zero-tolerance policy is an important step in creating positive change.

While we cannot enforce these policies against individual riders, we ask our riding community to stand with us in this effort to hold the Indian Motorcycle brand in the highest respect. Furthermore, we ask our riders to avoid offensive behavior or using symbols and images from Native American culture, especially if they are symbols that are not fully understood. Often these symbols and imagery are considered sacred and hold sacred meanings to Native Americans.
