Indian Motorcycle Riders Elite Status is a premium, subscription-based upgrade that offers added benefits to the traditional Indian Motorcycle Riders program. Below is a list of commonly asked questions about the program, the benefits offered through Elite Status, and how to renew your subscription for another year.
How do I achieve Indian Motorcycle Elite Status?
- Click the person icon located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Log in to your Indian Motorcycle account. (If you don’t have an account, see instructions below for creating one.)
- Select “Profile.”
- Click on “Plans and Memberships.”
- Choose “Indian Motorcycle Riders Elite Status.”
- Click “Purchase Elite Status.”
- Enter your shipping address, billing address, and payment information, then complete your purchase.
The Indian Motorcycle Riders Elite status is an annual subscription that renews each year. You will receive an email notification before your renewal date, giving you the option to opt out of the upcoming renewal.
When purchasing Elite Status, your membership will be tied to your Indian Motorcycle Account Online. The email that is used during checkout will be the same email address your membership is tied to. Please ensure it matches your Indian Motorcycle Account.
How much does it cost?
Indian Motorcycle Elite Status costs $50.00 USD ($70.00 CAN*).

What if I don’t have an Indian Motorcycle Account online, and I would like to buy an Elite Membership?
An Indian Motorcycle online account is required to receive all the benefits of the membership. To open an account online, please use the following steps.
- On the top, right hand side of the screen, click on the person icon
- Click on “Create Account”
- Enter your email address
- Enter a password
- Click on “Continue”
What if I already purchased an Elite Membership and don’t have an Indian Motorcycle account?
Open an online account and use the email address you used at checkout to purchase the Elite Membership. Please allow up to 48 hours for your membership and account to be tied together. To create an account, please use the steps below.
- On the top, right-hand side of the screen, click on the person icon
- Click on “Create Account”
- Enter your email address (use the email address that you used to purchase the elite membership)
- Enter a password
- Click on “Continue”
What happens if I create an Elite Membership with a different email address then my Online Account?
Please call Customer Service at 1-877-204-3697, so we can change your Elite Membership email to your online account email address.
How long does the subscription last?
The subscription lasts for one calendar year (12 months) from the date of purchase.
How do I re-subscribe?
The Elite Membership is a yearly subscription that automatically renews. Before your renewal date, Indian Motorcycle will send you reminder emails. If you decide not to renew, you can turn off auto‑renewal anytime by logging into your Indian Motorcycle Profile and navigating to Plans and Memberships > Indian Motorcycle Riders Elite Status.
How can I view my current subscription status and end date?
To view your Indian Motorcycle Riders status, visit www.indianmotorcycle.com and log in to your account.
Once logged in, navigate to the Home tab of your profile.
Under the My Account tab, you will see your Indian Motorcycle Riders Elite subscription status. In the example below, the user has an Elite subscription.
What benefits do I get with Indian Motorcycle Riders Elite Status?
As an Elite Status subscriber, you will receive the following benefits:
- $25 PG&A Birthday Coupon Code: On the first day of your birthday month, a $25 USD/CAD unique coupon code will be issued under the Offers Just for You tab of your Indian Motorcycle account. An email containing the coupon code also will be sent. If the email cannot be found in your inbox, please check your spam folder. This code is valid at any authorized Indian Motorcycle dealership for the duration of your birthday month. To ensure you receive your code, go to the Indian Motorcycle website and log in to your account. Navigate to the Profile tab and click Update Contact Details to enter your birthday. If no birthday is entered, you will receive your code on the first day of June for each year that your status is active.
- Free Shipping on orders placed on the Indian Motorcycle Website. This applies to parcels (excluding oversized (LTL) items), standard shipping and shipping within the continental U.S.
- 50 percent off of the Annual Indian Motorcycle Rider Series: Jack Daniel’s Ride: All Elite Status subscribers receive 50 percent off ride registrations for the Annual Indian Motorcycle Rider Series: Jack Daniel’s Ride.
